☞ ADDITIONAL HOME RULES 🇬🇧

▪︎ Registration Requirement: According to Czech law, we must register you and all of your roommates in the residence ledger ("domovní kniha"). This is mandatory for all guests, including EU citizens and Czech nationals. Failure to comply may result in us being unable to accommodate you.

▪︎ Noise Monitoring for Your Comfort: For the safety and comfort of all our guests, certain apartments are equipped with a noise sensor. Repeated detection of excessive noise levels in the evening may lead to a penalty of €100 or possible cancellation of your reservation. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our environment peaceful.

▪︎ No Pets & No Smoking Inside: Pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If available, you may smoke on the balcony or terrace, but please ensure the balcony doors are closed.

▪︎ Travel & Damage Insurance: We strongly recommend that you obtain travel and damage insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

▪︎ Security Reminder: Please remember to lock the main building door every time you enter or leave.

▪︎ Energy Conservation: Kindly switch off all lights when you are not in the apartment to help save energy.

▪︎ Fire Safety: For your safety, lighting candles inside the apartment is strictly forbidden.

▪︎ Check-In: Check-in is free of charge until 10pm. For arrivals after 10pm, a late check-in fee of €20 (500 CZK) is payable in cash directly to the Apartment Manager.

▪︎ Check-Out: Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. If you require a later check-out, please check availability with your apartment manager in advance.

▪︎ Flexible Check-In and Check-Out Options: For a nominal fee of €10, we offer the convenience of early check-in, starting from 12:00 PM, and late check-out, up until 12:00 PM. In exceptional cases, an even later check-out may be arranged. Please make sure to organize these details in advance with our apartment manager to ensure availability.
