☞ ADDITIONAL HOME RULES 🇬🇧

⚠️ According to Czech law, all guests must fulfil a registration form to Alien Police before their check-in date. Otherwise, we are not obliged to accommodate you.

⚠️ For safety & courtesy to other people living in the building, we use the NOISE SENSOR in the Apartment. In case of repetitive excess level of noise in the evening, we are oblique to give you a penalty of 100€ or cancel your reservation.

⚠️ NO PETS & NO SMOKING INSIDE the Apartment. If it is available, smoking is allowed on the balcony or terrace, but with CLOSED BALCONY DOORS !!!

▪︎ We strongly recommend you to have TRAVEL & DAMAGE INSURANCE.

▪︎ LOCK the main BUILDING DOOR when you are leaving & coming back

▪︎ Switch the LIGHTS OFF before you leave the Apartment.

▪︎ It is strictly forbidden to light any candle in the Apartment.

▪︎ Our CHECK-IN is free until 22:00. In case of arrival after 22:00, there is a fee of 20€ (500 CZK) in cash in the hands of the Apartment Manager.

▪︎ Our CHECK-OUT is at 10:00 am, if you want to stay longer, please ask for availability your apartment manager.
