▪︎ Registration Requirement: Czech law mandates that all guests, including EU citizens and Czech nationals, must be registered in the Residence Ledger. We will provide a link for easy online registration. Failure to comply may result in us being unable to accommodate you.

▪︎ Respect Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 10:00. Excessive noise could disturb other residents and may result in a penalty of 2500 CZK (€100) or reservation cancellation.

▪︎ No Pets & No Smoking Inside: Pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If available, you may smoke on the balcony or terrace, but please ensure the balcony doors are closed.

▪︎ Cleanliness: Help us maintain a tidy environment by cleaning up after yourself in common areas.

▪︎ Consideration: Treat fellow residents with respect, as you would your neighbors at home.

▪︎ Security & Safety: Always lock the main building door when entering or leaving. For your safety, do not light candles inside the apartment.

▪︎ Energy Conservation: Please turn off all lights and electrical appliances, such as fans and heaters, when not in the apartment to help save energy.

▪︎ Check-In/Out & Flexible Options: 

     ∙ Check-in: Free between 2 PM (some apartments 3 PM) and 10 PM. After 10 PM, a late check-in fee of 500 CZK (€20) applies, payable in cash to the Apartment Manager. Early check-in from 12 PM is available for 250 CZK (€10) and should be arranged in advance.

     ∙ Check-out: Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-out until 12 PM is available for 250 CZK (€10). For check-out later than 12 PM, please arrange in advance.

▪︎ Travel & Damage Insurance: We strongly recommend that you obtain travel and damage insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Neighborhood overview
Hlaváčkova 1334 is located in a quiet residential part of Prague 5, in the Klamovka area. This location is surrounded by greenery, with the nearby Klamovka Park, ideal for walks and relaxation. The surrounding area offers all amenities, including shops, restaurants and other services.

Access to the centre by tram:

From Hlaváčka Street it is only a short walk to the tram stop "Klamovka". Tram number 9 will take you in just 12 minutes to "Národní třída", which is located in the very heart of Prague, near Wenceslas Square. This service is regular and reliable, so you can quickly reach all the main sights and attractions.

Other transport options:

• Nový Smichov Shopping Centre: just 5 minutes by tram is one of Prague's largest shopping centres, OC Nový Smichov, where you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafés and two cinemas.

• Easy access to the popular Náplavka river, which is only a few tram stops away. This location is ideal for evening walks along the Vltava River, sitting in cafes or visiting seasonal markets.

This location combines quiet living with excellent access to the city centre and other attractive places in Prague.
